Here are the steps on how to do this. If this doesn't resolve the issue please contact Acer support at 866-695-2237. Sign in to your Chromebook. At the bottom right, select the time. Select Settings . At the bottom, select Advanced. Under "Accessibility," select Manage accessibility features. Under "Keyboard and text input," select Enable on-screen keyboard.
