• I'd assume it's 2 devices but one user, but I'd confirm that with them.

• There is only 1 activation code that is provided with a purchase. Have been purchasing these for a year now and never noticed the 2 device specification and do not know what it refers to. I use the 6L Kardia device with a smartphone and purchase the Kardia Care to get the advanced readings.
