  • QuestionWhat is the cost of monitoring these Kareia Kare devices?

    Asked by Briskly.

    • Answer Thank you for reaching out with your query about the KardiaMobile. I'm pleased to inform you that once you have purchased the KardiaMobile device, there are no additional fees required to use it. The basic features of the device are available to you without any extra cost, allowing you to monitor your heart health effectively. We do offer an optional subscription service called KardiaCare, which provides enhanced features and benefits. However, I want to emphasize that this subscription is entirely optional. The KardiaMobile device will function fully and effectively without this subscription, so you can choose to use it based on your personal needs and preferences. If you have any more questions or require further information, please feel free to contact us.

  • Questionis this for the device itself

    Asked by TJ.

    • Answer Thank you for your question! KardiaCare is a subscription service that enhances the features of your Kardia device. It includes benefits like Advanced Determinations, a heart health summary report, unlimited EKG cloud storage, clinician reviews, and more. However, the subscription is for the added features and services—it does not cover the cost of the Kardia device itself. Let us know if you have more questions!

  • QuestionThe specifications indicate 2 devices. Does that mean two cards, and why? Are they identical cards meant for two individuals?

    Asked by Wjs0.

    • Answer There is only 1 activation code that is provided with a purchase. Have been purchasing these for a year now and never noticed the 2 device specification and do not know what it refers to. I use the 6L Kardia device with a smartphone and purchase the Kardia Care to get the advanced readings.
