This offer was was a great way to sign up for a 90-day trial subscription at no cost. The subscription is essential because it provides extra features and three more charts that help monitor various heart functions.

We have heart disease in our family and it gives comfort that we can test our heart health at home. We can send our readings to our Dr. through email and show our cardiologist the results. This is a great reliable product.

I followed the tutorial in the App to show her how to use it. But, unbeknownst to me, when I followed the tutorial to demonstrate for her, it generated a free EKG report -- for me, not her. She lost an opportunity to get a free report because the tutorial was deceptive. The Company said that because it was "free," we didn't lose anything and still have a second "free" report remaining. Ridiculous. It's like ordering two items in a "buy one, get one free" promotion, but only one was received, and the company saying that because the second was "free" per the promo, you didn’t lose anything. Nonsense. Alivecor's customers deserve better.
