QuestionHello, i have this headset and it just started not being able to be connected when I try to connect it to my comouter. My bluetooth is on but it just says connecting the headset didnt work. I then try to pair the device again but it never shows up.

- Answer Yes it is. It doesn’t require software to download. Just connects directly to the Bluetooth, and whatever program you use, just choose the headset as your requested audio device, and it works.

- Answer As a clarifier for anyone who is considering this headset, per the manual this is possible. In practice, I have never been able to get it to work without hanging up. So, I would say that it is NOT possible. And yes - I am the one who asked the question.
