Please try again later.There is no separate driver to download for the provided dongle, however if your computer has a built-in Bluetooth radio, either you don't need the dongle or you may have to disable the on-board Bluetooth for the PC to use the dongle to connect. Take a look at the device manager under USB devices when the dongle is plugged in; see if you can find the dongle listed. If it shows up as an unknown device, there may be a driver issue. If it's identified, check its status.
