Q: Can it be connected through USB drive
A: This headset comes with a USB dongle to add bluetooth functionality to a non bluetooth computer/laptop. It can be plugged into a computer/laptop using the included 3.5mm adapter.
Q: Can these connect to an iPhone?
A: Yes it will. Connected with my iPhone, works great with both, calls and watching videos.
Q: Is this item compatible for Microsoft Teams?
A: Yes! This will work with MS Teams.
Q: Will these work with a ps4?
A: No, this will not work with a PS4.
Q: Will you be able to talk to someone when using the dongle on my computer
A: Yes. It comes with the connected dongle and it is Bluetooth without the dongle. I use it for work and answer calls from my work laptop, and haven’t had an issue yet. Battery life is incredibly long. For the price and wireless, sound quality is great, well worth it. Other headsets I looked at for a decent Bluetooth are all over $100+.
Q: Will this work with a Lenovo computer?
A: Yes, as long as you have bluetooth or an available USB port.
Q: Can the microphone be used to record something?
A: Yes, so long as the audio source for the recording is selected correctly. On Windows 10, it shows up as "Headset (ABHS02F Hands-Free AG Audio)" on the Sound settings in the Control Panel.
Q: Will this headset work with Androids, with Zoom, and with Laptops? Is the microphone high quality?
A: I purchased these headphones as i was away from my office needed to participate in a lengthy video conference call using my Surface Pro 6. I had found in previous video calls the my iPods would sometimes just drop the Bluetooth connection in the middle of the video conference and wanted a wired connection to ensure no issues. This product did the trick at a reasonable price. The quality was satisfactory according to those on the other end of the call.
