Questionis there a delay in the video recording like the arlo camera?

- Answer No, surprisingly this is a lot better reaction time than the Arlo camera. The only downside to this is that it records every moving object (unless there is a settings that i'm not aware of).

- Answer As long as you have WiFi you should be able to use it. For example, if you want to use it to keep tabs on your hotel room, just connect it to the WiFi at the hotel and you're good to go.

- Answer You need to place the camera in a good position so that you can see clearly! In the settings choose the best spacing option that’s best for you! Also make sure your wifi connection is good!

QuestionHow long is the security camera cord that connects to the wall outlet? I’ve had indoor cameras before and it’s been hard to find placements for them due to the cord not being long enough to connect to a near by wall outlet.

- Answer Yes, you can place the camera in a window to watch outside. However the window does distort the video slightly. If you are concerned about outside I recommend an outside photo.

QuestionCan this camera and its app be used in Canada? It doesn't seem to be available for sale in Canada so we're thinking of driving across the border to the nearest best buy to purchase it - but want to make sure it'll work back in Canada. Thank you!

- Answer The issue is that the ios app is not available on the Canadian Apple app store, nor I believe on the Canadian google play store or the Canadian amazon app store . There are work arounds but my advice is make sure you can install the amazon cloud cam app on whatever device you plan on using to monitor the camera.
