• Hello Rob, there are no apps available on the Echo Show devices. They use something similar called Skills. In the Skill section you can find a lot of different games. They are more interactive like trivia or Jeopardy. There are no crossword puzzles. The Echo Show devices can read you books, answer questions, control smart home devices and watch videos. My wife uses ours for the news every morning. Have a great day
