“when using my phone it interrupts alexa..can I fix that”

• Are you using Alexa on the phone or the device it shouldn’t Interrupt your Alexa device. Do you have your phone connected as Bluetooth on the Alexa device? If so disconnect Bluetooth to Alexa you won’t have that issue anymore

• Using the alexa app on the phone close to the device will interrupt the device. Move further away from the device.
