Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, this Echo Show 5 is a smaller version of the Echo Show. This product has a 4 watt speaker while the Amazon Echo Show has two 10 watt speakers.

The speaker is not quite as good as you guessed, but also make note of one thing I found that I don't like: The web cam on the Show 5 is NOT centered above the display like it is on the Show 10 or Show Spot... it's on the upper-right of the top, above the screen. If you video chat with someone, it will appear as though you are sitting on the LEFT side of the device to that other person, even though you are directly in front of it. You have to turn the whole device a bit to the left for you to appear centered to the other person. Very awkward. If video chatting is important to you, though it's larger, I think the Show 10 inch model is a MUCH better choice (see attached pic for what I mean). In terms of all other daily Alexa uses, it works like any other Alexa device.
