• Hi there! Yes, he is able to use it even though he doesn't have a smart phone. You will have to set him up with an account through the Alexa App on your phone or someone that has a smart phone. You'll add his phone number to the Alexa App and he will be good to go. I have done this with my parents and it works great! Hope this helps!
