- Answer Yes, I have canary, after set up on devices on Alexa app go to skills, then cameras, canary skill then ask Alexa to show you after naming your cameras. Easy as pie!

QuestionCan I purchase one for my father in law in Puerto Rico and one for myself here in Georgia and drop in on him? Can he video call me? Do I have to get him a smart phone? We are installing WiFi for him where his son will be doing the set up for him.

- Answer It will depends on the brand of camera. If they are Alexa certified they will work. The Alexa assistant is built in to this device

- Answer No camera and Echo device must be on same Wi-Fi network. So, unless you live next door to each other and share the same internet connection, and Wi-Fi network, it will not work.
