• The Amazon Echo Show is an Alexa, or more precisely the Alexa AI is programmed in for use out of the box. Think of it as a smart phone for the house - there is the AI assistant to switch things of an on, or search the web for you, tell you the time and weather, or control other devices you pair with it. There is also an internet browser and a touch qwerty keyboard that you can make appear if your prefer to interface that way, plus it make phone calls over the internet - and if the other person also has an Amazon Show or Fire Tablet, you guys can communicate face-to-face.
