For photos and videos, I would recommend downloading the Amazon photos app and you can back up all videos and photos and then on the new tablet, you can get the same app and they will be accessible. If you mean games, if you purchased through the Amazon app store, they will just need to be re-downloaded to the new tablet. If it is things like movies and books you have purchased through amazon, they should stay in your amazon library for access. If you mean files, I would recommend using the optional Micro SD card slot to move those files to and then add that Micro SD to the new tablet, and then you will have the ability to access them.
