“We bought an Amazon Fire HD 8 Kids Fire Edition in November of 2019. It has a 2 year warranty with free replacement, it has quit working, so I need to send it back for a replacement, but cannot find an address to send it to. Can you help me with this?”

HI Sherriie, You will need to go to Amazon's web site, and sign in with the account info you are signed into that tablet with and go to customer service and request a call or chat and they will help you with the replacement. Hope this information helps.
