• Yes it has Bluetooth 4.1LE. and Yes it can Use Google Play with a work around from using Amazon APPstore. APK's are need be installed. just do searches on Youtube to find out how to install Google Play on Fire tablet.

• You can get the Google play store by side loading it. There are some websites and You Tube videos that will tell you how to do this. I did it with my wife's and it works great.

• Yes, this tablet is Bluetooth enabled. The Amazon Fire uses the Amazon App Store and cannot access Google Play.
