Hello, Vrigor! I would suggest following these steps to try to fix the issue you are having: 1. Open the Settings menu. 2. Select Apps & Notifications. 3. Select Manage All Applications or See all ... apps and choose the app you are having trouble with. 4. Select Storage, tap to Clear Data or Clear Storage, then Clear Cache. If that doesn't help, you could delete and reinstall the Netflix app to see if that helps. I would also try logging into your Netflix account on a different device to see if it works there. If it doesn't, I would reach back out to Netflix for a fix. I hope that helps! Have a great day!
