A:AnswerThe fire stick runs separately to cable, it plugs into an HDMI, so if you don't have an extra HDMI port you'll need to invest in an HDMI switch, not a splitter a switch that can transfer from one port to the other.
A:Answeryour TV doesn't have to be a smart TV as long as you have an available HDMI port and if it's an older TV you just need a RCA to hdmi adapter and you can connect a fire stick to a hotspot from mobile but most hotspots on plans have a data limits my plan has 30 gig limit which means you wouldn't be able to use it after you reach 30 Gigs yours may be different
A:AnswerYes it is. You can access Motortrend by sideloading apk's to the Firestick.

A:AnswerAs far as I can tell this is the newest firestick available. When I purchased mine online it was really hard to figure out which one I was buying, only when I opened it did I notice it could turn the tv off and on plus it also has volume control. This is something the older firesticks cannot do and it is 4K, so try to purchase the one that has 4K.
A:AnswerThe Fire TV stick is separate from any cable or satellite TV supplier. It functions independently from these providers. It allows you to stream movies and other venues that are connected with Amazon. However you must have your TV connected to cable, satellite or an antenna in order for it to work.
