• Sure you can use it in your car as long as you have wifi your good no monthly charge you can add Netflix and Hulu Amazon prime

• As long as you have hdmi input to the tv and set wifi on firestick there won't be any extra charges.

• There is no additional monthly charge to use the item itself. there are free apps like Pluto , IMDbTv, Tubi to watch free movies cartoons etc. It will work with subscription you may already have with Netflix or prime .
