“Bluetooth issues; It does not automatically connect, so we have to pair it with the phone each time. Sometime it takes 2 or 3 attempts. The display says "Not Connected" even after the bluetooth is connected (and playing music from the phone). Ideas?”

• It is not your phone. I have the save issue and have tried it with other devices.
