The aux is for the aux tour absolutely right because some areas of the world you lose wifi connection and it wont connect to blue tooth during those times. Mind you the device made it sound like the music came through a tunnel anyways so I found a cheaper one on amazon that worked twice as well but again you can use the aux cord at any time
