The antenna receives the VHF channels. The problem may lie with his TV tuner. It may not be digital ready.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had to run the auto channel finder twice on my tv - once without the amplifier and then with it. I also re-positioned the antenna as high as possible on an exterior window. Works like a charm.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It may depend on where you live, but it's worth a try. I had to move mine around a few times to find the best place to put it and it wasn't on the window facing NE toward the broadcast towers like I expected. It was flat against my living room wall about two feet from the window facing due North and I get about 45 channels including 2-13. I had the same problem with the other antenna's I tried and this is the only one that would get my PBS channel on 13. It also gets all of the major channels, (ABC, CBS and NBC). If it doesn't work, you can take it back. I've returned 6 before this one.

Please try again later. While it is possible for the Eclipse to receive VHF channels, if you are in a challenging area for VHF or if your VHF comes in from a different place than your UHF, you may be better served by an antenna with dedicated UHF and VHF shapes like the Clearstream 2 V or Clearstream 2 Max.
