I have had the same problem. Usually it has come back after a short time. I think it has to do more with the tv than the antenna. Also the atmospherics may be the problem. We are to used to cable I can run through the channels and pick up or lose them .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.did you rescan after you moved it back? i'd unplug both from the tv and the booster (if that's plugged in also), plug back in and rescan and see if that works.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure your coax cable is screwed tightly into the antenna and that your amplifier is plugged into an electric source. Position your antenna and Rescan. I find these antennas like to be in a window tilted backwards slightly Towards the Sky. Careful though these things are made of plastic and if it's in direct sunlight can melt and become warped.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I recommend contacting our Technical Support team directly at your earliest convenience. We can provide the detailed support needed to find out how to get your channels back. I suspect that the cause is either the signal no longer hitting the antenna, or signal no longer hitting the TV from the antenna. Technical Support can be reached either by phone @ 877-825-5572 or form submission @ https://www.antennasdirect.com/customer-service.html. Thanks for your time!
