When the battery is low, it will also beep twice every 30 seconds (default.) A:AnswerIt does not. I had my nighthawk plug in to this which is a 300 dollar router. One day I plug in a light into the backup and charged on and it shorted killing my router only and nothing else. Had to buy a new router the next day. If you do use it avoid plugging anything that might cause it to short out or your gonna gamble like I did.

The BN450MNW would support 255 watts of equipment connected to it and I suspect both of them would draw more power than that. You would likely better with something like our BVN900M1 because it would support 480 watts of equipment connected to it. I would just confirm how much the power supply in the PC draws to make sure it doesn't overload this unit as well.
A:AnswerYes, I'm running TV, streaming box, DAC and active loudspeakers on the same unit. No problem at all for months. Keep in mind, more devices you run, less backup time you have.
