• A:Answer I think that Geek Squad offers to transfer files and information from device to device. I don't think the service is free but its good to go check or talk with a representative. I saw someone leave their computer for a file transfer. So, its entirely possible.

• A:Answer Zoom is available through the App Store. Go there and search for it and download. As for use for school, the teacher will need to provide the login information. There's usually a meeting number (about 10 - 12 numbers) and possibly an optional security number as well. I use Zoom at least once a week and it works just fine.
