A tablet marked Wi-Fi and unlocked cellular can be used on both Wi-Fi end set to work on any of the major carriers cellular service.Best buy sells them that way so you can buy the tablet and then activate it with Sprint Verizon or AT&t which they have representatives for at all the stores
