You will need to save a backup file of your device to get started. Save it to the cloud or a local computer with iTunes installed (the iTunes App handles backups of your Apple devices). Buy a new iPad, enter your current ID and password, and load your backup file to the new device. I would also take the time and go through the settings manually just to verify everything is as you want it. Some settings will be new because of the updated iOS and may need adjusted to fit your style.
