• It happened to me; i believe I purchased it before the start date of the promotion. at least i got my color of iPad and secured it.

• Best Buy had this on sale for $269 but if you are an Best Buy Elite member you get access to Black Friday deals early but for a limited time. You would need to sign in to your Best Buy to see the $249 price. It's now 11/23/17 and it shows the Ipad out of stock.
