A:Answer This model is often known as the 2017 version iPad, which was released this past Spring (March or April 2017). They both (32gb and 128gb) have the retina display. I'm not sure if you can upgrade the 32gb model easily, but if it is possible, it would most likely need to be done by Apple (or an authorized service center). It could void your warranty if this is done before the warranty period is over. I would personally not upgrade a 32gb model, but instead opt for the 128gb if I was concerned about running out of storage. It would most likely be cheaper in the long run, too.
