- Answer The only way you are going to get one of these is going to be preorder. All preorders will be fulfilled before a single person who didnt order iwll even have a chance to get one. So, not until probably January

- Answer As of 18.11.2017 you cannot buy anywhere except online at retail price. BTW if you choose payment terms — Yes you should activate phone at the store: Verizon customer TOS ( Terms Of Service ) state you have Ninety ( 90 ) days to activate SIM ( not just WiFi ) or your full payment becomes due.
