Yes you plug your usual lightning cable in beside the hdmi and it will accomplish both functions
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It can act as a conduit so you can charge and display what's on your iPad, but you must have a lightning charger connected to the adapter and the adapter to your iPad.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes. The product plugs into the charge outlet on the iPhone/ iPad and has two outlets which allow for recharge and HD midi outlet for viewing on your device
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.YES, IF you plug a lighting charger cable into the lighting port on the adapter., instead of to your iPad (I would think Air or Air2), and the HDMI cable to the flat screen. If you don't hook up a charging cable and use it it is going to go thru the battery quicker because it is not only on the screen, but it is powering the HDMI output also.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This does not act as a charging cord you can plug your charging cord into it and then plug it into your iPad and it will then charge your iPad. It allows you to use an hdmi cord and charging cord at the same time to stream shows on your tv..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not by itself. It will accommodate a power cord and HDMI cord, so you can charge and use the HDMI (project) at the same time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. I haven't got mine to charge while having it hooked up to the hdmi cord.
