No - only for charging. It doesn’t transmit data. You could however, use your Bluetooth, and sync with car if applicable - and the charger will keep your phone from dying/losing too much battery

No this is A phone charger. If you have blue tooth enabled on your phone, in your car settings then you can play music over your speakers. You just need to pair the phone with your car via blue tooth.

I doubt you can or even need to use this adapter in your car. If you want to play music from your iPhone in your car, you have 2 choices; use Bluetooth, or connect via usb with your charger cable.
