(Make sure you get the version for the version of windows running on your computer), after the installation is complete, open iTunes, use the lightning to USB cable that came with your iPhone or similar cable to connect to your computer. iTunes will recognize your iPhone provide the installation of iTunes was successful. From this point, you’ll have access to your iPhone on your computer. Good luck.
