Have an ihome alarm clock radio that had adapers for the 4's & 5's but I can't find 1 for the 6, will it connect my 6+ to my ihome to charge & audio? null

I don't think this item will work for that task. It is intended to be used to transfer the display from an iPad or iPhone through the adapter to an HDMI cable to a television input.

NO, this adapter is for hooking up an HDMI cable. So you can hook your iPhone upto your HDTV.

This is a video adapter. It is for connecting your device to a video source, lightning to HDMI. It doesn't charge my devices.

No; this is specifically made to connect and HDMI cable to a TV or Monitor. this is not an adapter to connect the old apple PIN connector to the new lightning connection.
