Make sure your tv is set to the right port. Also if the right port is shown try a different iPhone to see if that works. If neither work make sure you have the right usb cord or take it to best buy and have them check it out

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have one and it works perfectly. You do need to make sure that you plug wall power into it or it will not work. It needs the power to push the HDMI signal.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like the input selection on your TV needs to be changed. My TV has to be set to Video 6 to connect to the phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would take your iphone, Apple HDMI AV adapter, and the HDMI cable you are using to the store and test it there with one of their HDTVs. My older Apple HDMI adapter (the old style wide plug - forget what it is called) required a special HDMI cable that is labeled as a "directional" HDMI cable . This is a different/unique HDMI cable vs a standard off-the-shelf HDMI cable. I am using that directional cable with my new Apple "Lightning to Digital AV Adapter" and it works fine. The "directional" HDMI cable may or may not be a problem. The Directional HDMI cable will have a label on one end that states something like "Directional HDMI Cable - connect this end to the HDMI Source", which in this usage means connect it to your Apple HDMI adapter/your iPhone. The other end of the Directional HDMI cable will have a label to the effect "Connect this end of the HDMI cable to your HDMI input/display device". The techs at the store should be able to assist you in sorting this out or determining if the problem is with your iPhone/adapter/cables (i.e. it will not work with an in-store TV) or the HDMI input on your TV at home (i.e. your phone/adapter/HDMI cable work on an in-store TV).
