• Must use Bluetooth option for sound.

• It happens periodically for any subscription that accepts using the adapter. I will unplug from phone and plug back in or hit the back button and relaunch. If that fails I with hit backwards or forward a few seconds. If that fails I reboot phone and tv. There’s no more plug and play today it’s plug and replug and replug then throwing it across the room!! Good luck
