Are we absolutely certain that ios 11.3 will not have issues going into a regular non-smart non-apple tv?? Because I have issues will airplay and screen mirroring with ios 11.3, really wish I could downgrade back to ios 10!! null

I use the lightning adapter with my iPhone 7 running 11.3.1 (15E302) Verizon into a HDMI to composite converter to my car's head unit and it mirrors just fine. The video out plays well enough.
