• This adapter that you’re looking at right now will not help it’s for newer made items . Another adapter will do but this one will not . Now Best Buy has other adapters that will fit your needs

• This is not that adapter. This is iPhone to HDMI. You want an iPhone to RCA or you can slap an HDMI to RCA adapter and attach it to this.

• You will need the older model for the older phone without lightning. I have an old adapter for my old phone and it worked well but there is no way to charge at the same time so you will be limited to the battery life.
