• If you can get Netflix without a wifi connection then it should work. I use it to watch Sling TV without a WiFi connection and it worked great.

• No it will not because it needs wifi to play unless your using your phone data then yes

• Not with android, not sure on iPhone but does with ipad, I would assume anything Apple will do it

• I do not subscribe to netflix, so I can't answer for Netflix, But I have used it with Pluto Tv, Crackle, and Vudu. I watched a movie on Pluto TV last night, and also a movie on Crackle. I would imagine that it will probably work with Netflix also.
