What OS does this come with Sierra or High Sierra null

Sierra, but I upgraded later to the HS.

The OS shipped with the system depends entirely on what was out when it was packaged. They always ship with the latest OS at the time. Given that High Sierra hasn't been out for long it is likely to come with Sierra. The upgrade to HS is a snap though. You can update it right out of the box and still restore from a TimeMachine drive or port from another machine.
