“What if any kind of software programs does it come with ? Office, word, excel ??”

• Macs don't come with Microsoft Office (meaning no Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) but they do come with Pages, Numbers, and Keynote which are basically Apple versions of Office products. They also come with a handful of other things, like iMovie and GarageBand.
