Can the memory and video card be upgraded null

It doesnt look like it yet. Apple has the option to upgrade the graphics card from 4GB GDDR6 to 8GB GDDR6. I would assume Best buy will add that option soon

Nope. Apple laptops are non-upgradable. (well, you might be able to put an entire replacement system board in one, but it's not practical to do that)

Unfortunately, the Ram, Storage, and GPU or video card, are soldered on to the motherboard. So they cannot be upgraded by the end user.

Only at the time of online buy you can configure when you buy but later on cannot upgrade anything.

No, everything Apple for the most part is AS IS. If you want anything in or on your machine you have to buy it the way you want it on day one.

I don't think we have the option to upgrade it.Apple stopped this upgrading option long back, I believe.
