• It will not. You would need the second generation apple pencil for the 2018 ipad pro 11 inch.

• I'd make sure of the answer to that question by contacting Apple or Best Buy, but I have a new iPad Pro 10.5 inch (so 2017 version) and it works with it, so I'm guessing it would work with the newer.
