There is a Restocking fee but if the phone is defective (which mine was) they’ll just take it back. There is also a 90 day warranty from some outside company that gives you the run around and makes you pay to ship the phone to them and estimate the return 3-5 days! Glad I was able to just return it! It wouldn’t stay connected to WiFi.

A:AnswerI haven’t had a battery issue. I just hate the face recognition. If you have sunglasses or regular glasses on you have to take them off unless you were wearing the one you set it up. I definitely wish I would’ve kept my 6S to be honest, the fingerprint is much better. The only thing I like what this phone is the extra storage in the magnifier which isn’t worth all the extra $$$

I bought my phone new from Best buy and there were no scratches whatsoever on the phone. that's not to say from normal wear and tear and use that it won't get a few scratches. I consider those to be beauty marks. The screen does fingerprint up easily as do all glass face cell phones.
