A:AnswerThe AppleTV app on AppleTV hardware (and probably on iOS also) seems to be pretty good about letting you see what services a particular show/film is available through.
Not sure if it’s always perfect, would depend on what the apps share with it, plus you may want to see a listing of what’s available by searching in a particular program directly.
A:AnswerNo, you do not need a TV cable subscription, but an internet service is required. Apple TV is a stand alone streaming device that requires individual subscriptions to streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Disney, HBO, Showtime, etc.
A:AnswerI don't think you can use this with a converter box. Unless it has and HDMi in port. Most TV's have more than 1 HDMI port that's what you should use.
If you dont have HDMI then look for other Video inputs on the back of your TV.
And get an adapter that has HDMI to plug in the the Apple TV on one end and RCA to HDMI on the other.
if have to go this route don't bother with the 4K verzion.
Check the back of your TV i am sure it has plenty of Video in options.
A:AnswerThe Apple TV DEVICE does not have any ongoing charges in and of itself. If you're asking about the Apple TV+ SERVICE, it's $4.99 per month after the free year ends. I don't know if there's a reduced rate for paying for a year at a time.
A:AnswerI believe so. We have a Smart TV but we never use the App feature on it anymore. We select everything through the Apple TV. It is so much easier and more reliable.
A:AnswerGet and IPHONE and use the screen mirror feature, not sure that it can travel 50' but it should be able to go 10'-15 feet away. As long as its not blocked.
Before you go this route check that your TV to make it has a screen mirror program that will work.
However this that will only work with 1 TV at a time..
The only way to make this work to 2 TV's is long cable hdmi spliter.
A:Answer90 days tech support 1 yr for the product you can extend it by purchasing Apple care. I have purchased 6 from generation 2, 3, HD and 4K all still work no issues. Just keep the software updated.
