“During setup it asks for the language. This is where it freezes up and will not let me choose english. I’ve chosen United States in the prior section, it lets me choose other languages but not english. I chose Siri but Siri doesn’t work. Defective unit?”

• Unplug electric plug from wall, wait at least 30 seconds and then plug it back in and try setup again
