• In order to access the data with this, one must first remove the hard drive from the external drive case. This product does not include data recovery software for corrected/damaged drives, so it'd only work for you if the external case is broken but the actual hard drive is functional.

• This is NOT used for data recovery. It is used to clone hard drives. Like when you want to replace an old hard drive with a newer, faster SDD.
