A:AnswerYes, you would be able to install iTunes on this notebook. Please note that it comes with Windows 10S which only allows installation of apps from the Microsoft store. To install apps outside the Microsoft Store you have the option of switching to Windows 10 Pro.
A:AnswerIt will handle Internet browser ok. There maybe hiccups when streaming videos, especially if you are not using the built in browser Edge.
It runs window 10 home therefore printer should not be a problem. When you first boot it will be running window S mode. You need to disable it before you are installing anything outside of the apps store.
It’s size is great for traveling, not much bigger than a tablet. That can be a down side too because, unless you have tiny hands, an extended amount of use is not comfortable at all.
It doesn’t come with Word.

To use as a home video center the included wireless AC should be fast enough. Lon Seidman on YouTube often covers media center issues on his YouTube video reviews; the closet to this that he has reviewed is the HP Stream 14 with the N4000 processor that is in this Asus. However, the Stream 14 he tested has 4gb RAM and this on-sale version Asus has only 2. I would not use 2gb for a media center.
In a pinch, of course, you can watch YouTube and Netflix and Amazon Prime all day at 1080p if you attach the FULL SIZE (yay) HDMI port to an appropriate external monitor. The N4000 in this Asus has great hardware acceleration capabilities.
