One option is to upgrade with normal SATA drives on both places. Are both drive slots identical? Is there physical place to install normal SATA SSD on the 128Gb place?
Other option is to try to upgrade with M2 on both places - But, can I install NVMe M2 SSD in both drive 1 and drive 2?

After seeing this comment by ASUS I reached out to their customer support that then said I have to fill out an RMA form. Ship in the charger, and ONLY if they find something wrong with it. It is very frustrating customer service. When I quoted the above answer from ASUS the ASUS customer service representative said, "no, it has to be shipped in for repairs."
